We are seeking a motivated Administrator to provide support for our Continuing Education team as part of our Quality and Clinical Innovation Division. This is a part-time (0.5), ongoing position, while WFH/hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our Blackburn North headquarters in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the Lead Continuing Education, this position will provide effective and efficient administrative support relating to the Continuing Education programs. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide high level administration support and assistance to the Continuing Education team, including coordinating information, collating presentations, and documentation, and preparing communications and reports as requested
- Maintain an effective and efficient filing system in consultation with Central Records to ensure all information is centrally recorded in HRPM, stored confidentially and readily accessible
- Act as initial point of contact for Continuing Education by answering calls and emails, answering routine enquiries, and processing messages for follow-up / action / referral
- With direction form the Lead Continuing Education, create, and produce documents and reports using a wide range of software applications
About you
To be considered for this position candidates will ideally have a relevant qualification (diploma, degree, or industry certification). Other requirements include but not limited to:
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing secretarial and administrative support within a large organisation or department
- Previous experience with an Oracle database and the Learning Hub, or an alternative enterprise level learning management system (desirable)
- Proven experience in using computerised financial and management information systems, word processing and spread sheeting applications
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and the internet
