We are seeking a Standards and Support Senior Officer to provide high-level administration support driving reporting, tracking, systems and coordination of Standards and Support capability programs and initiatives for our Operational Capability Department.
This is a Part Time (0.9FTE) Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at AV's Sunshine Capability Hub, and alternative work locations can be considered via negotiation.
About the role
Reporting to the Manager Standards and Support, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
- Provide high level administration support to the Standards and Support team
- In collaboration with the Regional Capability Development Coordinators, assist with the planning of Operational Capability programs and initiatives in the regions including rostering attendees, timetabling, liaising with external providers and facilitators
- Provide information and support to the Standards and Support team to ensure efficient and timely processing of requests, queries, purchase orders, invoices, accruals and resource hour bids
- Provide assistance across the Standards and Support team to manage peak workload, ensuring business continuity and efficiency
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Completion of a degree or relevant industry certification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining administrative systems and processes
- Experience in providing course, program, student or administrative support within a large organisation or department
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
