We are seeking a Finance Partner to provide Strategic Delivery for our Enterprise Services Department.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Engagement, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
- Jointly achieve both Divisional and Enterprise Services strategic objectives through the establishment of a partnering relationship, working closely with Divisional leaders to understand their finance requirements
- Provide financial expertise and associated support services to Divisional leaders, including budgeting, forecasting, planning and business advice
- Provide strategic financial business solutions underpinned by pragmatism, commercial and financial realities, and a shared understanding of AV's performance priorities
- Align and embed various standard financial methods, frameworks, systems, models and calculations, into Divisions to assist in the decision making process
- Support and manage the delivery of effective and efficient financial services, procedures and practices across relevant Divisions
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess CPA Australia or ICAA membership, along with relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, or Commerce. Other requirements include:
- Demonstrated significant knowledge and experience working within a complex business environment in a financial and commercial role
- Demonstrated experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills to enable identification of issues and the judgement to determine appropriate courses of action for achieving long-range organisational goals
- A broad business background with substantial business experience
- Strong quantitative analysis skills including demonstrated experience in the analysis and interpretation of financial results and managing and reporting of financial issues
