We are seeking a Manager Alternate Services & Care Pathways to provide leadership and guidance for AV's statewide alternative services and patient care pathways portfolio for our Triage Services Department.
This is a Full Time (part time considered) Permanent position. While hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Burwood East in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the Director Operational Triage Services, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
- Establish an annual state-wide action plan and strategy to improve alternative service provision to all Victorian regions
- Administer service level agreements with third-party service providers including monitoring and evaluating performance and driving continual improvement of services.
- Lead continuous improvement activities with input from key operational and business areas to achieve enhanced utilisation of alternate services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to optimise AV state-wide service delivery
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Demonstrated management experience and proven leadership and coaching skills
- Completion of a postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and high-level relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, clinical governance, change management, program evaluation or project management.
- Knowledge and experience in contract administration including monitoring and evaluating performance and negotiating service level agreements.
- Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of process improvement
