We are seeking an HR Analyst to analyse, interpret and report on highly confidential data and information relating to all aspects of people reporting to support effective service delivery and reporting requirements for the People & Culture division.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Lead Process & Systems, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
- Contribute to the design and development of innovative and effective people reporting solutions that align with AV strategic objectives to ensure solutions meet documented business requirements
- Prepare and maintain complex people data reports and supporting documentation, including procedures, business requirements, system specifications and technical documentation to a high professional standard
- Manage the scoping of complex people data requests in consideration of team deliverables and core services
- As the authority on people analytics, work closely with colleagues to produce valued people information for both expert and non-expert audiences
- Actively manage and develop key relationships between analytical function teams, sharing concepts, information, and relevant frameworks for a strategic approach to AV people data
About you
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- A degree or relevant industry experience (preferably in data related discipline) with proven subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience
- Proven achievement and deep knowledge gained from senior experience as a data analyst, including demonstrated skills in workforce reporting, analysis, and proficiency with HRIS systems (Chris21)
- Proven experience using Power BI to enable the delivery of insights to the organisation
- Experience developing analytical products such as reports, dashboards, visualisations and algorithms for a wide range of stakeholders
- Highly developed quantitative analysis skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of highly confidential data and information
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets and ability to extract data from large datasets
- Experience in scoping projects, producing reports for senior management
